Limitation of liability and risk allocation
Data Services Group's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service provision, data loss, or business interruption.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your engagement with Data Services Group shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Texas.
